Third Edition of VentureConnect

The third edition of VentureConnect (20 June 2011) featured 14 promising IT/online businesses from Romania as well as: Belgium, Czech Republic and Bulgaria, selected from among 38 submitted funding proposals. On the investor side, over 50 local and international investors, including from Silicon Valley, participated, ensuring maximum exposure to potential funding sources. The event was opened by William Aulet, Senior Lecturer and Managing Director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center. The upcoming VentureConnect Forum is scheduled for November 2011. Second Edition of VentureConnect

The second edition of VentureConnect held on 8 December 2010, organized by the Biris Goran law firm in collaboration with Evensys and under the umbrella of NetCamp 2010, brought together eleven entrepreneurs with over thirty potential investors. This event also featured the first investment, Tjobs.ro, arising from the initial VentureConnect event which took place in June 2010.
