Celebration of 1,000 Days

To celebrate its 1,000 day anniversary, the law firm of Biris Goran has undergone a rebranding and held a reception for its clients and partners on 5 February 2009 at the Novotel Hotel.

New Arrival

Biris Goran is delighted to announce the addition of Dan Jalba as counsel to the firm. Dan is a corporate lawyer with more than ten years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on competition and merger control law, having advised on numerous transactions for leading international investors. Dan was formerly partner of a well-known corporate/M&A boutique, and before that was a senior associate with international law firm Altheimer & Gray (now Salans). He began his career working for the Romanian Competition Council.
