Biris Goran is delighted to announce the addition of Dan Jalba as counsel to the firm. Dan is a corporate lawyer with more than ten years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on competition and merger control law, having advised on numerous transactions for leading international investors. Dan was formerly partner of a well-known corporate/M&A boutique, and before that was a senior associate with international law firm Altheimer & Gray (now Salans). He began his career working for the Romanian Competition Council.

Partner, Gelu Goran, noted: "We are delighted to have Dan on board. We worked with him previously and he shares our values of professional, commercially driven advice demanded by our international and local clients. He will quickly be involved in our busy corporate practice and is a great addition to our competition practice."
