Andra Scoromide
Before joining Biris Goran, Andra worked as a junior lawyer with bpv|GRIGORESCU, where she was involved in various corporate, commercial, competition and employment matters. She acquired substantial experience with insolvency procedures, advising multinational and local clients regarding debt collection procedures. She also has considerable experience with antitrust matters related to the abuse of dominant position and anticompetitive agreements. She joined Biris Goran at the beginning of 2010.
Recent Experience
- Part of a legal team carrying out a merger filing procedure relating to the IT Telecommunications area;
- Preparing claims of receivables and requests for litigation regarding the preliminary table of receivables for insolvency procedures;
