Delia Cozma

Before joining Biris Goran in 2006, Delia worked for Salans as a paralegal and was exposed to a wide variety of commercial matters. Delia practices primarily on general corporate and employment law matters. She advises clients on all aspects of companies’ formation in Romania and regulatory compliance. She participated in several due diligence files involving corporate and real estate transactions and drafting necessary transaction documentation.

• Member of due diligence team with respect to buy-side assistance for worldwide media company in the acquisition of two leading Romanian advertising companies
• Advising and preparation of joint venture documentation for Romanian and international real estate investors
• Member of due diligence team with respect to Romanian due diligence of a major Israeli real estate developer in view of a potential bond offering on the Israeli capital markets
