Razvan Bardicea
Before joining Biris Goran in 2010, Razvan was an associate with the Bucharest office of Salans and the associated office of a Magic Circle law firm. He focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and competition law. He has advised clients with respect to acquisitions in various industries such as: pharmaceutical, automotive, IT & telecommunications, banking and healthcare. He has also assisted clients in connection with Competition Council investigations and general competition compliance programs. In 2008, he was awarded a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Cambridge University.

- Assisted a major pharmaceutical group in connection with the acquisition of several companies in Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia
- Assisted a global private equity company in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in a Romanian provider of private healthcare services
- Assisted UK banking group with respect to the proposed sale of its Romanian subsidiary
- Assisted a Spanish private equity company in connection with the acquisition of the Romanian operations of a major car parts manufacturer
- Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a major pharmaceutical group in connection with a Competition Council investigation.
