Ana Fratian
Before joining Biris Goran in 2006, Ana worked as in-house lawyer with Raiffeisen Leasing and gained extensive experience with Romania s leasing legislation. Subsequently, she was an associate with Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, where she was involved in corporate, employment and project finance matters. While at Biris Goran, she has become a leading expert on FIDIC construction agreements and has been lead attorney and team leader on several corporate M&A transactions.
Recent Experience
- Lead associate on sale of Upground Estates to an investment arm of the Deutsche Bank group for a total value of EUR 340 million
- Lead associate and team leader in sale of Romstal Leasing to a major Belgian financial concern for a total value of EUR 72 million
- Extensive advice to numerous local developers and extensive negotiation of FIDIC construction agreements as well as retail and office leases
