Ana Maria Andronic
Before joining Biris Goran in 2008, Ana Maria was lead attorney at ABA/ROLI (American Bar Association/Rule of Law Initiative), she managed several justice reform related projects funded by the Unites States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United States Department of Justice (DoJ). Before that, Ana Maria was a judge in the First Instance Court of Bucharest for a period of more than 5 years where she presided over a wide range of civil, criminal and administrative cases. Since joining Biris Goran, Ana Maria has developed expertise in practice areas having a regulatory law component, including antitrust compliance and carbon trading matters. Ana Maria continues to provide assistance on litigation matters, and her regulatory law and litigation experience is called upon regularly in the preparation of corporate transactions.

- Lead attorney in the preparation and negotiation of various retail and office leases
- Team member in the multi-million EUR joint venture transaction to develop a cold-storage warehouse facility in the Bucharest area
