Bogdan Viulet

Before joining Biris Goran in 2008, Bogdan was previously an associate with the Bucharest office of Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz, a leading German law firm. Before that, he was also in-house counsel for Citibank Romania, where he was heavily involved in various enforcement proceedings, as well as associate with a prominent local law firm. His primary practice area previously and at Biris Goran is real estate, which he has been involved heavily in for the last five years, with an emphasis on land acquisitions and retail chain development transactions. He also has expertise in development management and joint ventures. In addition to real estate, he has also focused on energy projects, including carbon trading activities, set-up of energy trading companies, and the like. Bogdan was the initiator and main organizer of the Conference “Green Energy in Romania” in 2007.
