Catalin Oroviceanu

Before joining Biris Goran in 2007, Catalin was an associate with the legal arm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he accumulated significant experience in M&A projects and has advised multinational and domestic clients on company law and capital market issues, and also has substantial experience with commercial and administrative litigation. He has continued this practice at Biris Goran as a team leader on significant corporate acquisitions and restructurings. His expertise in corporate law was recognized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where he has been teaching corporate and commercial law for several years.

• Assisting a group of investment funds in the EUR 340 million sale of an office and residential project to the asset management division of a major European bank
