Andrada Ples
Before joining the Biris Goran team in 2010, Andrada practised as a tax consultant since 2007 with the Bucharest office of Deloitte. She specializes in corporate tax, due diligence assignments, structuring of transactions and merger processes.
Recent Experience
- General assistance on various tax matters with focus on direct taxation, mainly in the field of mergers and various group restructurings and business reorganizations
- Participating in complex projects regarding international taxation and international fiscal optimizations
- Participating in various due diligence and tax "health-check" projects
- Performing year-end statutory tax audits and certification of the annual corporate income tax statement (starting year 2010)
