Luisiana Dobrinescu

Luisiana began her legal career in 2001, as in-house counsel for a leading Romanian audit company, where she gained extensive experience in fiscal, corporate and labor law matters. Starting with 2003, she became a specialist in fiscal law, becoming senior tax advisor for this company. Since joining Biris Goran, she has continued to focus on advising clients on all aspects of fiscal law, compliance and tax structuring.

• Lead associate on various tax due diligence files for various real estate and corporate transactions including buy-side assistance of the EUR 120 million acquisition of America House, a leading Bucharest office building, and buy-side assistance on the EUR 90 million acquisition of Bel Rom Unu Retail Park, a major retail property in Targu Mures, Romania
• General assistance on day-to-day tax matters, including compliance, litigation advice and structuring (including offshore advice) for Biris Goran clients
• General assistance on tax matters in Biris Goran M&A transactions
